Tip for submitting multiple requests !
  • When you submit your first request the system will generate a reference number for you. On this page you will have access to click on a link called "Multiple Request Form". This link will take you back to the interpretation request form with the previous values. Simply update the necessary values and resubmit.

An individual request must be submitted for each meeting.

Fill out your first request and click on add record.

Click on View Print-Out.

Click on the “Multiple Request” link.

This link is going to take you back to the first page. All your information will be there.


Just update the information (Date) and resubmit again.

 
At the end of the process you will have an individual reference number for each meeting.
