Interpretation Request

* Certain languages (including Sign Language) will require at least a two week notice.
* Services are rendered on a first-come,first-served basis and may be limited.
* How to submit multiple dates. Click here.
* Multiple IEPs on the same day-- please submit only one request.
* If possible, submit any agendas or list of speakers.
* Incomplete forms will not be processed.
* Please notify the Translations Unit if the meeting has been cancelled or modified.
* Date or time modifications may be processed as a new request.
* Due to limited resources we cannot provide headsets for the following meetings:

Graduations/ Awards/ Ceremonies
Back To School Night
Student Orientations
Open House
